The Evolving Soul Collaborative is an interspiritual community for contemplative formation, authentic connection, and meaningful collaboration.
Hosted by Rev. Nhien Vuong, JD, MDiv—Unity minister, spiritual director, and founder of Evolving Enneagram—the Collaborative brings together contemplative practitioners, spiritual seekers, helping professionals, facilitators, and lifelong learners from diverse backgrounds and traditions.
Rooted in the conviction that personal transformation and collective flourishing belong together, we cultivate spaces for contemplative practice, meaningful conversation, spiritual growth, and collaborative service.
Through educational offerings, community gatherings, shared practices, and creative initiatives, members are invited to deepen their inner lives, build authentic relationships, and contribute their gifts in service to a more conscious and compassionate world.

A Spiritually Open Community
The Evolving Soul Collaborative welcomes participants from diverse wisdom traditions, as well as those who are exploring new spiritual horizons, deconstructing old frameworks, or simply curious about the contemplative path.
Participation does not require any prior knowledge of the Enneagram. Enneagram exploration is welcomed, but it is only one of many lenses through which we explore human growth, spiritual formation, and conscious awakening.
To the extent that we engage the Enneagram, we do so not as a system of labels, but as a map supporting greater self-awareness, compassion, and participation in the unfolding journey of the soul.
